Comprehensive evaluation: 《Destruct Potion》is often easier to use.
It is more likely that Destruct Potion, which destroys it and recovers his ATK, will be able to withstand being targeted at empty space.
The risk of self-destruction remains, and the damage to the opponent is the same as yourself, and the difference is not enough.
It might be better to aim for a merit move that leads to his Special Summon of Heroic Challenger - Thousand Blades.

As the name suggests, it has an effect similar to a ring of destruction.
Here, the target of destruction is limited to your own army, and the burn value is also fixed. As already said, 1000 for 2 cards isn't worth it, so you'll have to use it as a combo with a card that activates its effect when it's destroyed.
However, there are more useful cards for that operation, and since they are mutually beneficial, I choose the situation.
It's a basic combo premise, and it has a strong habit, and the return isn't great, so it's hard to prioritize.

1000 burns with 2 copies is out of the question, so if you want to use it, I would like to use it for Yubel. However, there are now many cards that are useful for destroying Yubel, so there is little point in using this card. It would have been nice to at least give the opponent a burn.

Yubel will evolve!
Recently, like Graydle Cobra...
It's written in the same way as Errata Front Destruction Wheel, so it's probably one of the few cards that can result in a draw.
